Friday September 11th
➢ Noon to sunset arrival (sunset approximately 7:00 pm)
➢ 6:00 pm, social hour (BYOB) and BBQ dinner to follow (Provided) by the hangar
Saturday September 12th
➢ 8:00 am Breakfast at the hangar (Provided)
➢ Lunch (make your own sandwich and snacks, we supply the fixings)
➢ 11:00 am, Fly-out to Sullivan Lake State Airport-09S Distance 29 SM (provided no TFR due to fire)
➢ 12:00 pm Lunch, Sullivan Lake or other suitable location on Priest Lake
➢ 5:00 pm No Host Social Hour-BYOB-Main House
➢ 6:00 pm Dinner-Main House (Provided)
➢ 7:00 pm Speakers
o Kevin Strait, International Science Teacher speaking on the Flora, Fauna and History of Priest Lake.
o Burt Rutan, Aerospace Engineer and Founder, Scaled Composites, Virgin Galactic and many other companies. Speaking on his latest pursuits.
Sunday September 13th
➢ 8:00 pm Departure Continental Breakfast at the hangar (Provided), sandwich fixings for your return flight home (Provided)
NOTE: Arrival and departure Cavanaugh Bay traffic Unicom 122.9
Once on the water 123.45 for mooring and ramping instructions.
Please land outside the water buoys around Blue Diamond Marina, which is just north of D28. Upon departure please reduce RPM’s for noise abatement.
Please remember that although D28 is an FAA designated Seaplane base, you are visiting the private residence and grounds of Loel and Olson Fenwick. Your respect of the owner’s private property would be greatly appreciated.
Food will be provided at the Seaplane Base and to defray costs, any WSPA Board Member will gladly accept contributions. We look forward to seeing all of you. Fly safe.
