I fly out of Renton and my Office is situated just up the hill next to the brand new Mc Menimins (Old Elks Temple). I have splashed in there several times on my "commute" to work :)
The dock is indeed stepped away from the main dock. It is a floating dock that has been attached to the dock with the pilons. It would easily handle any Cessna or Beaver, not entirely sure about anything larger - never really paid attention, but there is ample space for most.
